Legal Technology Product Specialist

Job Description

A leading professional services firm is looking for a Legal Tech Product Specialist to join its growing Legal Document Solutions team.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering and driving adoption of legal technology across document automation, e-signature, and contract review tools. You’ll work closely with legal teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to design, build, and optimise solutions that improve how legal documents are created, reviewed, and executed.

The role

You’ll sit at the centre of legal and technology, taking ownership of key products and ensuring they deliver real value across the business. Day to day, you’ll be building solutions, running projects, and helping teams get the most out of the firm’s legal tech stack.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering document automation, e-signature, and contract review projects end to end
• Building and maintaining automated legal templates and workflows
• Designing and managing e-signature processes, including bulk-send projects
• Supporting contract review initiatives alongside legal teams
• Analysing product usage data and identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement
• Driving awareness and adoption of legal tech tools across the firm
• Acting as a subject matter expert on legal document technology
