Job Description
A specialist London market insurance business is looking for an experienced Technology Business Analyst to support delivery of a technology change programme, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
The opportunity
This is a varied, hands-on BA role working across business and IT teams in a Lloyd’s market environment. You’ll be central to defining and documenting requirements, supporting solution design and ensuring that technology change genuinely meets business needs.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements, produce process maps and functional specifications, and work closely with development and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need solid BA experience gained within the Lloyd’s or London insurance market, with a good understanding of how the market operates. Experience across policy, claims or delegated authority processes would be particularly relevant. Strong documentation skills, confidence running stakeholder workshops and the ability to work at pace are all essential.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence and experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments would be an advantage.
