Job Description

We’re working with a large national law firm who are expanding their investment in Microsoft Power Platform. With a strong pipeline of projects already in place, they are now hiring a permanent Power Platform Developer to help design, build, and scale solutions across the firm.

The Role

This is a hands-on development role where you will:

  • Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Implement automated workflows, reporting solutions, and approval processes that improve efficiency and client service.
  • Contribute to environment management, governance, and ALM practices.
  • Document and communicate solutions clearly, creating user guides and training materials where needed.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Commercial experience as a Power Platform Developer (2–5 years’ hands-on build and delivery).
  • Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and M365 integration.
  • Familiarity with Logic Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Awareness of governance and environment management (ALM, documentation, architecture diagrams).
  • Confidence engaging with non-technical stakeholders and end-users.

Why Apply?

  • Join a leading national law firm with a strong commitment to Microsoft low-code technology.
  • Work directly with senior leadership, including the CTO, on shaping how the firm leverages Power Platform.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects, with scope for career growth as the team expands.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility across the UK office network.
