Infrastructure & Information Security Manager

Job Description

Senior Infrastructure and Information Security Manager needed by this prestigious international law firm. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll take operational ownership of the firm’s entire technology infrastructure and cybersecurity programme – from networks, cloud and on-premise systems through to the firm’s information security framework and ISO 27001 compliance. It’s a broad, genuinely senior remit with real influence over IT strategy and the opportunity to shape how a world-class firm operates technically on a global scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the firm’s infrastructure across all global offices – networks, cloud, on-premise systems, capacity planning and monitoring
• Owning the information security framework – controls, incident response, risk management and cybersecurity posture
• Managing MSP and SOC providers, contracts and SLAs
• Overseeing disaster recovery and business continuity planning including regular testing
• Delivering infrastructure and security projects end to end
• Managing and developing the Infrastructure and Information Security team
• Reporting on infrastructure performance and security posture to leadership and governance forums
• Acting as escalation lead for critical incidents, with out of hours availability where required

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years in IT with senior responsibility for infrastructure and/or cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on Microsoft stack experience – Azure, Entra AD, M365, Intune, Windows Server
• Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, security tools and ISO 27001
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations
• A confident communicator who can engage credibly at partner and leadership level
• Legal or professional services background is a genuine advantage

CISSP, CISM, relevant Azure certifications or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer would all be well regarded – but what matters most is a proven track record of delivering in complex, high-expectation environments.
