Job Description

We’re working with a growing software company that’s modernising its internal and client-facing web applications – and they’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their in-house team.

You’ll be part of an established Agile development team delivering performant, user-friendly systems that make a real impact on how customers work day-to-day. The environment suits someone comfortable taking ownership, solving problems quickly, and improving existing systems as well as building new ones.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining web applications using C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery).
  • Designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working across both front-end and back-end layers.
  • Writing efficient SQL queries and stored procedures to support data-driven applications.
  • Working with colleagues in a Scrum/Kanban environment, collaborating closely with testers, analysts, and product owners.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, helping refine architecture and development processes.
  • Supporting releases through Azure DevOps / Git pipelines and version control.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience building commercial web applications with C# and ASP.NET.
  • Strong SQL Server knowledge, including query optimisation.
  • Solid grasp of JavaScript/jQueryHTML5CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap).
  • Good understanding of object-oriented design and multi-tier architecture.
  • Exposure to .NET Core and API-driven development.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Bonus points for familiarity with Telerik or Kendo UI components.

Why this role

  • Well-established tech team with a modernising roadmap.
  • Mix of legacy and greenfield work – ideal for someone who enjoys seeing tangible impact.
  • Hybrid working (occasional on-site collaboration in the South East).
  • Supportive, delivery-focused culture with autonomy to shape how things are built.

If you’re a Full Stack Developer who enjoys clean code, improving systems, and being part of a team that values quality over quantity, we’d like to hear from you.
