Job Description

We’re working exclusively with an award-winning UK law firm with a well-established reputation as an exceptional place to work to find a Business Analyst to join their IT team.

This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of their digital transformation agenda. You’ll work across the firm to analyse business needs, champion user-centric solutions, and drive the adoption of technology that genuinely improves how legal services are delivered. It’s a supportive, experienced team with real scope for career development.

The role is predominantly office-based, so you’ll need to be commutable to Northampton.

What they’re looking for:

Business analysis experience in digital, technology or professional services — ideally within the legal sector, though this isn’t essential. Beyond that, they want someone who is comfortable with:

  • Digital transformation, change management and user adoption
  • Platforms such as Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), NetDocuments, IntApp or Aderant
  • AI technologies and how they’re being used in legal environments
  • Automation, workflow optimisation and process reengineering
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation across all levels
  • Project coordination and business analysis methodologies

A degree (or equivalent) in business, law, technology or innovation is preferred.

Why this firm:

They’ve held Investors in People accreditation since 1996, achieved a three-star ‘World Class’ workplace rating, and consistently rank among the best employers in the UK. Benefits include 25 days holiday, profit share, discretionary bonus, private medical cover, a paid charity day, and a genuine wellbeing programme.
