Business Analyst

Job Description

We’re working with a global law firm to find a Business Analyst to join their change and delivery team in London.

This is a varied, hands-on role sitting within a well-resourced central change function. You’ll work across the firm on technology and process improvement projects spanning finance, HR, legal systems and client platforms – from initial discovery and requirements through to UAT and go-live. The team is experienced and well-regarded internally, with real scope to get involved in meaningful, firm-wide change.

What they’re looking for

Solid BA experience delivering IT or business change projects, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Beyond that, they want someone comfortable with:

• Requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management
• Current and future state process mapping, including BPMN
• UAT planning, execution and defect management
• Facilitation of workshops and working groups at all levels
• Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery frameworks

Legal tech exposure – practice management, billing systems or workflow tools – is a genuine advantage, as is experience working with senior stakeholders and fee earners in a partnership environment.
