Power Platform Developer

Job Description

We’re working with a well-established, award-winning business headquartered in Coventry. With a strong entrepreneurial culture and technology firmly at the heart of their growth strategy, this is an organisation where IT and software development genuinely matters.

They’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join their ERP team and take a lead role in developing, innovating and maintaining Power Platform-based solutions across the business.

The Role

You’ll act as an internal SME for all things Power Platform and Dynamics CE, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to translate requirements into functional, scalable solutions. Day to day you’ll be building apps, workflows and dashboards, managing environments, producing technical documentation, and mentoring junior team members.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics CE / CRM development experience
• Strong Power Platform skills across PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages
• Working knowledge of oData, PowerFX and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL Server
• Experience with Lifecycle Management
• Strong troubleshooting ability and the confidence to work independently

Relevant certifications (ITIL v4, PRINCE2) are a bonus but not essential.
