The Role

You’ll be a key part of the firm’s innovation effort, working directly with commercial practice groups to design and deliver technology solutions that genuinely improve the way legal services are provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and coding automation solutions and smart document templates using HighQ and document automation platforms
• Working closely with commercial lawyers to understand client and process challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions
• Acting as a bridge between legal teams, IT and business services to drive joined-up delivery
• Staying ahead of developments in legal tech and AI and bringing fresh thinking to the firm
• Supporting colleagues in adopting new tools confidently and getting the most from technology

About You

You’ll have 3–6 years’ experience in legal technology and a track record of building solutions rather than just managing them.

You’ll bring:

• Solid hands-on experience with document automation tools and HighQ
• The technical confidence to build and develop solutions from the ground up
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with lawyers and stakeholders across a commercial practice
• A self-starter attitude and genuine enthusiasm for legal innovation
