Our client, a well-established and growing professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced Proclaim Systems Developer to join its in-house technology team. About the Role

As Proclaim Systems Developer, you’ll be central to the ongoing development, optimisation and support of the Proclaim case management platform. You’ll work across enhancements, integrations and workflow improvements that directly support operational teams and strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include developing, enhancing and maintaining the Proclaim system and associated workflows; delivering system improvements, integrations and automation to agreed priorities and timelines; building and supporting Proclaim web services and REST-based integrations; managing data imports, exports and reporting using SQL; providing technical support and system maintenance to ensure stability and performance; working closely with stakeholders, analysts and project teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions; and contributing to documentation, testing and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work in a collaborative, Agile environment where your input is valued and development is planned, not reactive.

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have hands-on experience in Proclaim development and enjoy taking ownership of systems rather than just maintaining them. You’ll bring proven experience developing and supporting Proclaim; experience with Proclaim web services and REST services; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and pride in clean, well-structured solutions; the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams; and a positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop. Experience with Power Apps, SQL and system integrations will be particularly beneficial.
