About the Role

As Visualfiles Developer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, developing and optimising the firm’s case management platform. You will develop, enhance and maintain the Visualfiles system; deliver scripted solutions and workflow improvements to an agreed schedule; prioritise and coordinate development tasks; provide technical support to end users; perform administrative system maintenance; report progress to the Visualfiles Manager; deliver user training; research new development approaches; and contribute to wider team and firm initiatives.

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have around 2+ years of Visualfiles development experience, including scripting and workflow building. You should bring strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working both independently and collaboratively. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, VBA or .NET would be beneficial but not required. Clear communication skills, strong organisation, the ability to prioritise effectively and a willingness to learn new systems are key. If you enjoy problem-solving and want to hit the ground running, you’ll be well suited to this role.
