Job Description

This is your chance to join a consultancy that’s going places. Our client is a rapidly expanding digital transformation consultancy that’s reshaping how organisations use the Microsoft ecosystem, from low-code apps and automation to next-generation AI.

As a Power Platform Consultant, you won’t just be building apps and flows. You’ll be helping businesses unlock entirely new ways of working. One week you might be running a client workshop to re-imagine their processes, the next you’ll be rolling out intelligent agents in Copilot Studio that change how people interact with technology day to day.

This role offers the best of both worlds: the technical freedom to create and the client-facing exposure to see your work make a real impact.

Why join?

  • Work with a consultancy that’s growing fast, with ambitious projects across industries
  • Be at the cutting edge of AI and automation with Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform
  • Shape digital transformation programmes from design to delivery
  • Gain exposure to a variety of clients, projects, and industries with no two weeks the same
  • Progress quickly as the consultancy scales, with clear career pathways and certification support

What you’ll bring

  • Solid hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
  • A track record of delivering solutions end to end, from requirements through to adoption
  • Curiosity and creativity, with a drive to work with clients and rethink how things are done
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make technical solutions resonate with business leaders

Microsoft certifications and experience with Dynamics 365 or Azure Logic Apps are great to have, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to deliver, adapt, and bring fresh ideas.
