Machine Learning Engineer

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a growing product team applying ML to real-world problems at scale. You’ll work across the full ML lifecycle, from prototype to production, improving model performance while ensuring systems are maintainable and reliable.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, building, and deploying machine learning models into production.
• Improving and monitoring model performance, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn research into shipped features.
• Writing clean, well-tested code and contributing to our MLOps best practices.
• Working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to manage and scale ML infrastructure.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with deploying ML models into production environments using CI/CD and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an appetite for learning new technologies.

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Experience with feature engineering and model optimisation for low-latency systems.
• Exposure to MLOps tooling (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
