M365 Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

A leading insurance company in London is looking for an experienced M365 Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of their Microsoft 365 environment. This is a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimisation of M365 services while supporting the organisation’s cloud-first strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise M365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Develop and implement security and compliance best practices within the M365 ecosystem.
• Work closely with IT teams to support automation, identity management, and modern workplace initiatives.
• Oversee M365 governance, licensing, and policies.
• Troubleshoot complex M365-related issues and provide technical expertise across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA).
• Experience with automation using PowerShell.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, or AZ-104) are highly desirable.
